You cannot
  • Start or own a record for a child who is not yours
  • See anything the family did not share
  • Edit or delete what the family or a clinic filed
  • Keep access after the family removes you; every access is logged

How to get invited, in three steps

  1. Ask the family. Send them the note below, or just say it. Only the record holder can invite; that is the point.
  2. They pick your level. Essentials (name, photo, emergency card), care and moments, or the whole story. Most families share the simple view with helpers. They can change it any time.
  3. Accept the link. A free account takes a minute and is only used so the family knows it is you. Then the card is on your phone.

If you are the family

30 seconds: one of you starts Mom's record, then invites the rest.

You hold the record; helpers are guests in it. Invite from the Care team page with one link, choose the level, and remove anyone with a tap. Everyone can always open the emergency card, because whoever is helping needs it on the worst day.

One family member starts the record, then invites the rest of the family to help. Caring for Mom is rarely one person's job. Your sister posts what happened at today's appointment, your brother checks that the blood-pressure pill was given on time, and you ask the record what the doctor said at the last check-up before you call the office. Everyone sees the same medicines, the same dates, and the same answers, sourced from the record, so nobody works from memory and nobody repeats a call the other already made. Start their record; it takes one visit summary, then one invite link per sibling.

The line we do not cross

Family Stork organizes what the family knows and puts the safety essentials where a helper can find them. It never diagnoses and never tells a helper what to do medically; it tells them who to call. In an emergency, call 911.
