The Wyoming Immunization Registry (WyIR) is Wyoming's statewide immunization database, managed by the Wyoming Department of Health. Schools and providers across the state can access it. Out-of-state records are not automatically in WyIR — you need to bring them to a Wyoming provider or county public health office to get them entered.
